- For any returns, the return costs are for the customer. When we have received the product back in good condition, the total purchase amount, excluding the initial shipping costs and return costs, will be immediately refunded to your bank account.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving your order.

- We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all items must be returned in original condition; with original labels, tags attached and never been washed. 

- Final Sale items can not be returned.

Return procedure:

1. You contact us by e-mail ( annecaroline.coste@gmail.com) or: use the contact form under the heading "contact us".

2. We would appreciate if you tell us the reason for your return. This will help us to improve our products/service. Do you want to exchange the article for a different size? Let us know and we take care of this. Within a week we will send you the right size, if it is still in stock or possible to order from our partners.

3. You put the items in a box/envelope together with your invoice (this may be the original shipping packaging of course).

4. You write our address on the box/envelope:

5. You need to deliver your parcel to the post office or put it in the mailbox with enough stamps matching the size/weight of the package.
